Overview
OXEM S.p.A. was founded in 2006 with the goal to become a leading player in the Italian and European biodiesel market.
The company has invested over 50 million euros in a 200,000 tons per year, state of the art, vegetable oil refinery and biodiesel plant.
The plant, which started production in January 2009, is inserted in an existing chemical site located at Mezzana Bigli, about 70 km from Milan.
